This is our standard coached CrossFit class. Scaling is available and all levels are welcome.

Advanced CrossFit
A 90 minute coached class consisting of strength work and high intensity met-cons.

Specialty

QuickFit
A high energy 30 minute class consisting of cardio and light to moderate weights. Perfect for a fast and effective workout to get in and out of the gym.

Romwod & Midline
A class where work on strengthening the midline/core and improving overall flexibility by following the daily Romwod.

Team Workout 
A fun class where athletes tackle workouts in pairs or teams.
