My biggest accomplishment since joining CFM is that I feel a lot more comfortable in my body after losing around 40 pounds this year and probably 55 pounds since joining CFM. That’s giving me lots of strength to keep showing up and continue working on my goals.

My biggest challenge I had to overcome with CrossFit was believing in myself. CrossFit does a great job at challenging people mentally and physically. I'm constantly finding new ways to challenge myself for the better (mentally and physically) but ultimately I have to trust myself and my body.
